There is this popular believe that if you want to know a woman's age, you check out her hands.
I wont lie, checking out the back of my hands is a nightly ritual. do they look older? wrinkled, can anyone tell my age based on my hands?
If you want to be a millionaire, tell every woman she looks 20.
Not only are dry hands are more easily wrinkled , but they don't look good at all.
Here are steps on getting that super soft hands

Step 1

Soak your hands in warm water. Either take a bath or fill a small basin with soothing warm water. Avoid hot water, which can dry out your skin. Add a few drops of lavender or rose essential oil to the water to create a soothing sensory experience. Soak your hands for about 10 minutes.
Dry off your hands using a soft, clean towel.

Step 3

Slice a lemon in half and dip one-half of the lemon into a small amount of regular sugar. Use the sugared lemon half to scrub any rough areas on your hands. Go over your fingers using gentle circular motions. If you have particularly rough areas on your hands, use a pumice stone or foot file to smooth out these areas.

Step 4

Rinse off your hands using warm water and towel dry them.

Step 5

Pour a small amount of natural oil, such as coconut, almond or olive oil, onto a small cotton ball.

Step 6

Apply the oil to your hands, making sure to sweep the cotton ball around and between all your fingers. Reapply oil to the cotton ball as needed until your skin is lightly coated.

Step 7

Pull on a pair of clean cotton gloves to keep your hands clean while the oil does its job.

Step 8

Repeat the process of applying oil to your hands and pull on a pair of clean cotton gloves.

Step 9

Keep the gloves on for at least two hours and, ideally, around eight hours. Time this process for around bedtime so that the oils can soak into your skin while you sleep.

Step 10

Repeat the exfoliation process about once a week. You can apply natural oil to your skin as often as every day.
